Chapter: A shortcut through the woods..

One of the biggest problems to me with a Kung-fu book is how to make a single page of action be interesting for a full week of work. I know I can make it pretty, it’s not that. It’s just without dialogue I feel like it doesn’t really move the story along enough. So I added the device of naming the moves and some of the stances. I have to admit I’ve had some fun naming them and every once in a while I come up with a name that I HAVE to create a move for.

This guy’s good, question is, how long can he keep it up, because the undead don’t tire…….
I guess that’s true with all Zombie stories. It’s a bit of an obvious metaphor for how death stalks us all, and we can’t outrun it forever. I guess all we can control is how kick-ass we can be in life. =) Thanks for the comment. Check back next Tuesday to see how right you were.
